Alan grew up in Dorchester and Mattapan and has fond memories of Blue Hill Avenue, the Hecht House and "the wall" at Franklin Field during the High Holidays. Alan attended the Solomon Lewenberg Junior High School, Boston Technical High School, Boston University and Northeastern University. After College he and his wife, Carol, entered into the family's restaurant businesses, the Deli Haus in Kenmore Sq. for 17 years during the 70's and 80's, and then to Capucino's in Newton. Carol and Alan have owned a home in Newton for over 30 years where they happily raised their children, Kim and Jeremy. Alan's restaurant training has been invaluable and has made him very sensitive and attentive to his customers' needs. This has translated extremely well to real estate as it is a business based on building and maintaining successful relationships. A realtor for 15 years, Alan has been employed with Preservation Properties for over 12 years, and attained the level of Vice President in 2003. Alan consults with clients on both sales and rentals.
